The House
East Park is a modern, architect designed house built in 2011. The main entrance opens into a large boot room and adjacent utility room featuring a downstairs toilet, sink and washing machine and tumble dryer. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining room features a large country style dining table which seats ten people. A wood burning stove opens on both sides into an equally apportioned living room with two large sofas and armchair/ footstool.

What's Included
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor (one with private external access) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a very spacious master bedroom with Super King bed, seating area and window seat and a desk/workspace. An en-suite bathroom with bath/shower serves the upstairs where a further bedroom with two single beds and a small double feature. This is predominantly used/decorated as a children’s room but could equally sleep adults in comfort.
