For the times of COVID-19 and beyond, we are committed to an
enhanced cleaning process. Here's the things we commit to do
before every stay at our place;

1. Sanitize Surfaces: Sanitize every high-touch surface, down to the doorknob
2. Use Approved Products: Use cleaners approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher
3. Thoroughly Clean: Refer to our extensive checklists while cleaning room-by-room
4. Wear a Mask and Gloves: Help avoid cross-contamination by wearing a mask and gloves where required
5. Wash All linens: Wash all linens at a high heat setting
6. Follow Other Local Guidance: Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is by 10am.

We operate a contactless self check-in/out system and you will be sent a key code to operate the Smart Key Box to access your keys.

Our check-in/ check-out times are set to allow for the necessary cleaning and changeover preparation to ensure the house is ready for our guests but on occasion we maybe able to accommodate some flexibility. Please contact us directly with any requests.

East Park is accessible via train from Inverness to Garve (the station is a short taxi ride) but we do recommend you have a car to experience the best of what the local area has to offer.

Yes, East Park has a very generous driveway to provide ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Yes, whilst East Park enjoys spectacular views of the Black Water river, the property is fenced and it is not possible to access the main river directly. The house has a stair gate to avoid any mishaps.

Yes, absolutely! With two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor, separate families or multi-generational groups can enjoy their own space during their stay.

There is no shop in Garve so the nearest is the Contin Village Store which sells all of the essentials. The nearest supermarket is Tesco's in Dingwall or Ullapool. You can also get food delivered to the house via Tesco home delivery.

The seclusion of East Park means that there aren't any restaurants on the doorstep. We like to eat-in and enjoy a drink in the evening but there are numerous local cafes, farm shops and restaurants to discover within a short drive. We offer some suggestions in our Welcome Brochure.
